Sales Management

Sales Management provides the tools that businesses require to bring products and services to market in a manner that improves margins and provides a competitive advantage while being socially responsible. The following fundamentals of Sales Management will be addressed in the course: (1) the sales process, (2) buyers’ trends, (3) territory alignment, (4) the role of channels, and (5) management of the sales force. The course will also address people-related skills such as compensation, culture, values, ethical sales practices, skill development and training within the context of industry selling scenarios. Students will leave the course with concepts, tools and practical applications that they can use in their ventures.
